Upon award of any project a project team is appointed to that particular job and all sub work is
contracted and are affiliated to that project, thereby starting all submittals and shop drawings needed
for immediate approval. Prior to commencement of a project all subs will send to us for approval a schedule for their respective task and a procurement schedule to track long lead materials. We will complete a job schedule for the entire project outlining each trade to ensure a smooth workflow for
the duration of the project.
